چکیده
Abstract The aviation industry is characterised by high manufacturing requirements of products with difficult-to-machine materials to ensure quality and safety. Standardised secured processes transparency in resource material flows within production are important for meeting these safety standards while staying competitive on the market. Those also apply a companies’ tool management be met an optimised change strategy considering economic aspects at same time. article presents use case company belonging striving achieve goals concerning costs, quality, time their management. To realise potential improvements retrofitting traceability solution illustrated enabling data-based maintenance strategies case. aims provide about inventory, location tools shop floor functions as data acquisition system individual tracking used tools. Using matching them relevant machining enables application pointing out possibilities indicate tools’ wear state. This approach offers benefits such reducing scrap rate or down times direct impact lead customer orders.

متن کاملOnline Tool Wear Monitoring Tool Wear Monitoring Using Acoustic Emission
This research work highlights the effects of acoustic emission (AE) signals emitted during the milling of H13 tool steel as an important parameter in the identification of tool wear. These generated AE signals provide information on the chip formation, wear, fracture and general deformation. Furthermore, it is aimed at implementing an online monitoring system for machine tools, using a sensor f...

MASTER enables the collection, analysis and display of the level of risk and vulnerable are...
متن کاملPrediction of Tool Wear and Tool Life with Condition Monitoring System on End Milling of EN31
This paper describes the tool life prediction model with end milling EN31 tool steel using P30 Tungsten uncoated carbide tool. The data set from the Taguchi method design is taken. For discussion the effects of cutting speed, feed rate and depth of cut on tool life of P30 are considered. This paper suggests a novel technique for the tool wear measurement based on machine vision. Tool images are...
